I feel like the combat and overall movement feel better than in Genshin. Gliding, moving around, jumping, climbing... It all just feels better than Genshin to me.
Dodge slow-mo and counterattack are also neat.
The game could use a separate controller UI though, lol. I appreciate how I can hotswap between controller and mouse+keyboard unlike Genshin, but navigating UI with controller isn't great.
I have the pretty much latest ipad pro and it looks ugly as hell
It's gonna look even worse on my laptop but I'll take it over no controller
Really disappointing when you would think mobile would be their priority
The new M4 iPad Pro absolutely *annihilates* this game. Max everything says I'm pushing it too hard… but an hour of play only dropped me like 10% and it barely even warmed up.
Shame, then, that there is neither a 120hz option or something higher resolution… even at max settings game has pretty awful IQ on iOS.
Not actually as bad as I thought once skipping cutscenes and zooming through the starting quests. About 25 mins?Oh no, do tell. I've just started and plan to reroll at least a couple times. What am I in store for?
I thought about it, 15% is fine... but I don't think it's worth my time.Going for the non-beginner standard banner is slightly more sane so you can guarantee yourself 3 standard 5*s. Although your second has the risk of being a dupe.
It's not.I thought about it, 15% is fine... but I don't think it's worth my time.
It's weird but the game that this is reminding me of the most is Xenoblade X.
Yeah I just got to it and it was a while, but I imagine with skipping cutscenes it's not bad. I'm keeping low expectations, my only goal is to get one of a couple of the standard 5 stars from the beginner banner so I get 2 I like when factoring in the one we get of our choice. It shouldn't take that many rolls to-Not actually as bad as I thought once skipping cutscenes and zooming through the starting quests. About 25 mins?
It's still not something I'd recommend as I've only done a couple runs now and it's kinda grueling. I'm just married to the idea of getting the best possible start because I won't be spending money outside of the daily pass once I'm up and running.
It also depends on your goal. Going for the limited character is insanity. Going for the non-beginner standard banner is slightly more sane so you can guarantee yourself 3 standard 5*s. Although your second has the risk of being a dupe.
Lastly you can throw it all at the beginner banner to try and see what you're first guaranteed 5* will be and whether you want to try again. You get 30 tries per re-roll so this isn't as painful as the other two but the reward isn't as big.
Help me.
yeah the pacing is pretty bad. this section with scar is brutal
And for the people who hates Hoyo's word salad of new made up terms...they will be in pain here.
I still haven't actually played the game but I got PS prompt on the login page so I assume it should be available in-game too. Maybe it's bugged?Seems like there's no native PS controller support so I'm stuck with XBox icons. Sigh.
