Is it confirmed that you need to have some form of Xbox Live (be it via an Xbox Live sub or Gamepass ultimate) to use the Xcloud datacenters?
in other words this isn't like Stadia with how your basically just paying for games with the caveat that you'd probably still be paying to play online?

Of course, for now, it needs a PC or a Console because XCloud isn't out yet. But like I say at the beginning it's not unreasonable to assume that Game Pass/XCloud will come to Samsung Smart TVs
