We both now that this will be live service bullshit. In this day and age we're not going to get a regular ole Batman game.
But Ra's was actually responsible for the whole Arkham City thing,
Joker just had his own thing going on that hijacked the story at the end.
I love Batman; it's my favourite superhero IP. But I can't get excited at this point knowing that Rocksteady isn't in charge of this one. Obviously if we get a solid look at the gameplay then that could easily change my mind. Origins was meh though.
I say TGA 2018 instead of state of play. SoP should be mostly PS stuff. This should come to all platforms.

Nah, I think you're right but I also think that was one of the last "reveals" GI has done. Since then, it's been talking about games that were revealed elsewhere.

I don't think this will be part of the SOP show. Best case, small tease for a proper reveal later this year.
I'm not sure why people doubt SOP. The second one had the first time we'd seen FF7: Remake in ages.
I don't doubt the show. I'm just wondering if WB is willing to show their biggest upcoming game right after The Last of Us Part 2.
honestly my first thought was "oh no multiplayer factions" and I sure hope that's not what we're getting
frankly though I wish we were getting Batman: Beyond Arkham to cap off that series, then a fresh reboot with new ideas. A midquel after Origins would be ok too but honestly WB seems to be ignoring that game so much it might as well have never happened.
