No and honestly, I'm suspending my trust on them. I'm tired of these political games, just vote on what you stand for.So that statement by the people's vote group hasn't aged very well has it?
You have to wonder if the Tory whips went after the Spelman rebels Terminator-style....
Labour frontbencher now resigning.
Two party system imploding.
UK Politics won't recover for decades.
Labour is in Tatters, Cons are in tatters.
No Gov is going to get a majority for decades, hell forming a minority government might be difficult.
just fuck this #DisUnitedKingdom
At this rate in a couple of decades we'll be back to being a bunch of fuedal city states.UK Politics won't recover for decades.
Labour is in Tatters, Cons are in tatters.
No Gov is going to get a majority for decades, hell forming a minority government might be difficult.

would guarantee it'll get through. probably the first smart thing she's done.Vince Cable thinks May will push for a people's vote in the end against her deal. Really?
We need a new new party and not the Tig shit. Way it is going the Libs will be up there again and not because they did anything
MPs are now voting on the Labour Party's frontbench amendment tabled by Jeremy Corbyn.
The amendment:
The result is expected shortly.
- rejects the prime minister's deal
- rejects no-deal
- seeks an extension of Article 50 to avoid no-deal on 29 March
- seeks an extension of Article 50 "to provide parliamentary time for this House to find a majority for a different approach"
I need to find that political cartoon from a few months that illustrated this:
"WHAT DO WE WANT?"
"???"
"WHEN DO WE WANT IT?"
"NOW!"
Perfectly sums this up.
would guarantee it'll get through. probably the first smart thing she's done.
More new parties won't solve anything when the party in government continues to refuse to even consider working with the other parties in parliament to pass things. We need a new new party and not the Tig shit. Way it is going the Libs will be up there again and not because they did anything
What would a new part solve though? We need a new new party and not the Tig shit. Way it is going the Libs will be up there again and not because they did anything
Strong and stable.
It's like I said at the start of all this. It going to be cliff edge stuff but shit will change the more tight it gets.Vince Cable thinks May will push for a people's vote in the end against her deal. Really?
Tories doing what they do best, putting themselves before the country.
More new parties won't solve anything when the party in government continues to refuse to even consider working with the other parties in parliament to pass things.
Make it even more chaos

If May's motion goes through unamended, as now looks more likely, then her plan is still in play. A reminder of what that plan is: Tell Parliament to back her deal by March 20 or risk being stuck in the EU in a long limbo-like extension. The idea is to scare Brexiteers into backing her deal in case an extension gives rise to a second referendum, or a softening beyond recognition of Brexit.
Even then, it would be a real long shot. I doubt it would change anything at this point, except maybe gain some time for MPs to waste on stupid shit and worthless amendments.334 MPs turned up to vote against it.
If a 2nd referendum was a real possibility there would be supporters on the Tory benches that would also abstain on the matter.
Now it seems clear the only way to get a 2nd referendum is to have a general election.
True, what would we get done with an extension anyway.I see no chance of the EU granting an extension after the farce that was tonight's vote. Insanity prevails.
