This is very tempting, even though I've never really got into any TC games other than Splinter Cell.
Seems like the kind of game that needs a dedicated group of friends to really enjoy. Are there any good videos that introduce the mechanics and setup for complete noobs?

I think the PS Store EU sales are absurdly good most of the time.
It seems Horizon will hit PS+ before reaching the discounted price of NA. A real shame for an European game.
World War Z is good IMO, and even though there is lots of "Zombie Horde" stuff in games, I think it pulls it off very well...

IT is struggling right now to be honest. The game is mostly dead on Twitch too - which doesn't help things. But there is a good game in there, just not enough people have found it. There prob needs to be one good update to get eyes on it again - even if they content is already there. But it is good with friends, and there is an active Discord server too
I grabbed a PS Classic on Amazon Prime Day with MGS 1 being the most interesting game to me (I've now got access to the whole series having never played any of the games before). The PS3 emulated version is only a couple of pounds in the sale - does anyone have a recommendation for the better way to play MGS 1? PS3 vs PS Classic?

I can't really see there being much difference, from what I've played of both. I'd say PS3 for the Dualshock support. It's kinda silly, and you've possibly heard about it over the years, but the game has some interesting uses of the vibration function, which the PS Classic controller lacks.
Thanks for the quick reply! PS3 also has the benefit of the controller being wireless by default (I do have an 8BitDo wireless adapter from my Switch that I think can work with the PS Classic, but PS3 also adding rumble is obviously a benefit). I've heard bits and pieces about the vibration uses. For just £2.39 I think I'll pick up the PS3 version - I'd have instantly bought it if I hadn't just picked up the PSC!
Been waiting for the spiderman dlc to be on sale. If I pickup The city that never sleeps that includes all the previous dlc chapters too right ?
The price include sales tax which I don't think the US store does. I'm amazed how much Rise of the Tomb Raider is holding it's value, the last two games would be £15 by this point.
Looking at the Banner Saga Trilogy and Far Cry New Dawn. Liked Far Cry 5 enough to plat it last year and even enjoyed the story for what it was, how's this one? As for Banner Saga, how is it story/gameplay wise? I liked the idea of Fell Seal for an SRPG but it never grabbed me story wise so I didn't carry on with it.
kind of. im a big fan of tghe game. the first set of DLC was very very dull but the new stuff was good.
Tempted by God of War for GBP22 and Spiderman for 25 even though I still have a backlog with The Last Guardian, Kiwami 2 and Detroit plus maybe others.
