OhhhhhIt's only available at the very end of the game, right before the point of no return. You'll either need to load your NG save before you go to Origin or play NG+ up to the end.
So this DLC is a skip for me

I'm glad more people will experience how cool Bahamut's skills are now.
I really want to let go of the boring lightning rod/gigaflare combo tbqh. So happy there are gonna be saved loadouts, too - I hope that encourages more people to experiment and more varied builds to be discovered.
Why? If you're in the beginning area you haven't added much if anything to your NG+ save. Just load that up, play the DLC and then if you feel like doing a NG+ run just skip cutscenes until you get back to your state.
I would have to replay NG+ all the way to the end again for the DLC no?Why? If you're in the beginning area you haven't added much if anything to your NG+ save. Just load that up, play the DLC and then if you feel like doing a NG+ run just skip cutscenes until you get back to your state.
You saved over your NG completion save?I would have to replay NG+ all the way to the end again for the DLC no?
Just counter every hit :)I wish they gave you invincibility during Titan's default counter. It makes it not ideal to use unless its the last hit.
That would be cool.
PLEASE
I assumed you saved your save clear file in another slot like I did. I have like 28 save slots used. The ones with the clear data will have a star on it and the quest will be "back to the origins". When I started NG+ I immediately made a new slot save.I would have to replay NG+ all the way to the end again for the DLC no?
Sadly yes
PS+ Cloud Saves not any help?
Storywise, FF4 is the FF game that reminds me most of XVI (other than Tactics, maybe). It's one of my absolutely favorites. After a 130 hour play of Rebirth I went straight into FF4 because I had Final Fantasy brain. Which was excellent! Never played it before. But then this DLC comes out of nowhere lmao. Like I was going to pump the brakes on all the FF, but I guess nothing stops this train....
Copium heading in, just need to hear someone play the ending again with
And for something different to happen (or just an elaboration)Leviathan and Ultima powers
Then ill jump back in immediately
Any hour now🥲🥲🥲

It's why I dropped all ability-specific accessories ages ago.Wait loadouts don't let you assign gear or even just accessories?
What a baffling miss ffs. Why would you make a shitton of ability specific accessories and then not let your loadout feature handle those?
Gah! That sucks. :\

But ability accessories are how you break the shit out of things like getting three to four Zants in during a single stagger window. It's why I dropped all ability-specific accessories ages ago.
It's a peaceful life
The game is easy enough without needing 4 zants in a single stagger I feel lolBut ability accessories are how you break the shit out of things like getting three to four Zants in during a single stagger window.
Think it's out for certain regions already. Definitely seems like it's out for Japan.
So I just found a Japanese player who's playing this now, and I'ma just spoiler tag this cause this has some BIG ol end of DLC spoilers.
Didn't think it needed it's own thread, but if zero spoilers are allowed here, I'll gladly make a thread for those interested and delete this here!
It ain't a Final Fantasy without shit likelol the names of those moves are HILARIOUS
PROSELYTIZE
RAMPANT RUIN
RAGING ADVENT
DOMINION
It ain't a Final Fantasy without shit like
*Ahem*
NEBULOUS NOTHINGNESS
Never change Square, never change
At this point, it's all part of the allure. The Mists in XII are like some of my favorite things in part because of their names lol
So the new one only starts at the very end?
Damn. So I should hope to God I still have a late save to reload and complete it THEN do my NG+ run with the new skills? I was really hoping it wouldn't be so late like omega
