There are three of us who played Blue Reflection. I would also give a heads up to Azure Nights which has a pretty good OST.
Other Gust series with great OST: Ar Tonelico and Ar/Ciel no Surge

I haven't played Blue Reflection, but I've listened to the OST almost every other week for nearly a year and a half. It's amazing. It's also absurd because quite a few songs have incomprehensible titles, like this one:

KOSUICHINOKAKUSURANAKIKU.EXE
*chef kiss*, beautiful!

You are all amazing people, Blue Reflection and At Tonelico and the Ar/Ciel no Surge games have an amazing OST!

Let me add the Atelier series, not many people talk about it but its music is also fire! :D

Soukaigi, a nothing-who-gives-a-shit action rpg from Squaresoft for the PS1.

But with a soundtrack from Hiroki Kikuta, known for Secret of Mana and Seiken Densetsu 3.

The soundtrack is fucking amazing.

Rain World has a fantastic soundtrack, equally fascinating because the composer made it by taking "junk audio" and distorting it and adding other musical elements

To create Rain World's distinct soundscape, the composers used a technique known as "junk audio." Essentially the idea is to use everyday objects — rusted tin cans, old car parts — record the sounds they make, and then mash them together into a song. "You take it, and you process it, and you amplify it, and it becomes something else,"

Here's one track

Everybody's Gone To The Rapture is one of the best soundtracks I've heard, and it fits the game so well.

I think a widely overlooked aspect, even by fans, of the Battlefield series is its use of soundtracks.

Battlefield 1 had a sublime orchestral OST.

Ruiner from Devolver Digital had a fantastic OST, reminescent of Akira, and a great track from legendary Berserk composer
Susumu Hirasawa.
