Absolutely horrible, it won't even get close to 12mil at this rate :P
So AC is probably over 5 million with digital...? So it's definitely a lock to become the best selling game of all time in Japan now right
I'd guess it's over 6 million actually. Possibly even higher.
It would need a 23% digital split to be over 5m, so yeah, almost surely over. Probably closer to 6m than 5m at this point.
I thought trials would sell most on switch, for some reason lol.

Incredible results again for Animal Crossing! 283k in Week 6 is absolutely stunning!
Great result for Trials of Mana as well! 150k across the two platforms is higher than many expected.
Final Fantasy VII Remake dropped only 7%. That's impressive as well. It will be hard, but it would be quite a stunt if the game manages to leg its way to 1M.
Ring Fit Adventure has LEGS. But man, Nintendo, when will the supply situation finally improve? :(
Not sure what Falcom was expecting from Trails of Zero Kai, but I guess 10k FW is in line with the performance of other Kai releases. I guess this version is mostly for the west anyway (not sure if it's announced already, but I'm sure it will come westward eventually).
Switch hardware is above 100k again. Good. Keep the supply coming.

Nah. Pokémon is likely close to or above 20M worldwide by now. But it's a matter of time.
We don't really have much info about AC outside of its launch month for most of the world so it's hard to say, but it's very possible.
I don't think it's close, but at the pace AC is selling it's gonna happen. Probably end of the year.

Sword&Shield deserve to be buried.
Probably not. Pokémon games tend to be frontloaded in terms of shipments. Sword & Shield shipped more than 16 million copies in its release quarter. On May 7th we'll hear how much Q1 has added to that, but probably not much.
Last quarterly report pokemon was at 16 million worldwide. Next report it will have higher numbers and we will only see AC sales from it's first 11 days on the market. So probably no. I definitely think it'll happen eventually.

Small sidenote but is PS4 slim also having some shortages in Japan or did Pro have some promotions? Otherwise it wouldn't make sense that the ratio between them changed that much from last week.

Always happy to see one of Square Enix's non-AAA RPG's perform well. Hopefully Bravely Default II sells well later this year, too.
IIRC there were reports PS4 and 3DS were starting to have supply problems too.
I just hope NISA calls Durante for some magic, because this port islow cost as possible from Falcom side.
I doubt Pokemon is over 17M. Usually the second quarter isn't big at all for the franchise.
Surprised at Mana being higher on PS4, thought the fanbase was mostly on Nintendo platform. Well, they were pretty close anyway.
