Looks like we got PS4 launch sales the Monday after the Friday the console launched. So who knows when we'll get PS5 now.
Honestly, i will never understand Sony.
It seems that if doesnt beat any record is embarrassment for them.
That would be even weirder if they stayed quiet though, because it almost certainly broke records.
Demon's didnt enter TOP 5 in EU, but it did in ANZ

I guess they have other problems in their hands that they dont feel the need to reveal the numbers. I was expecting the Uk numbers today but doenst seem we are getting does either.
Might be waiting until they have stock to release?
It's a marketing point, and it might seem in bad taste if there's tons of people unable to get the console.
I mean, if Europe is to take in to account, that stock is not coming any time soon since the stock for the next month is already sold out.

Given the numbers we just got for AOC global, digital must be pretty strong.
Shipped 3 million in three to 4 days. making it the best selling Musuo and one of KT best selling games of all time in that timeframe.
Think we will get numbers next week after black Friday. I think we got a PS4 update on Dec 1st after launch.
Didn't they reveal the first ps4 numbers 3 days after release?
The PS4 came out on 29th November in Europe.
Their sales milestone for the US was also announced three days after its release in the US, on 17th November.
Yeah they revealed after US launch and then after Europe launch. They were pretty good about giving numbers. I think they are waiting till Black Friday though to give the biggest number possible so they can show definitely they shipped more than PS4 in the same time frame. Could be launch allocations were same as PS4 but subsequent shipments are bigger. Just guessing. Sony isn't consistent with their PR. We will for sure get a number in their next fiscal report.
Yeah, it should be. Not surprising in this time, of course. Those numbers are comparable to Link's Awakening (maybe even better? LA did 3.13M in two weeks), yet retail is 43% down. My bet is digital is better, and might put it close. Another option that's always on the table of course is that there's regional variability and that for example US takes more to HW: AoC than LA:R.

This is from before PS5 launched, right? I imagine that the PS5 sku doesn't get included for AC: Valhalla until the week after.
Let's hope for some numbers, i have very little faith.

That's a fair assumption. I guess it's a difference case than in the UK (week 46 numbers again):
COD:BOCW on PS5 was ~22.300
ACNH on Switch was <17.600.
Yeah, France should be pegged as having Switch games higher in relative terms compared to PS4/5/XB1/XSX. If we assume that ACNH did around 17.5k in UK, then that's only a 4.8k gap to COD PS5. Not a big gap, so it does make sense that an even stronger market for Switch could see ACNH outsell COD PS5.

ACNH should cross the mark in mid-December. Doubt we get confirmation on when, so <10 months will be where it lands (once Nintendo gives us shipments through 12/31/2020).
that thing is 199 in Germany. that's by far the best deal I have ever seen for a switch. guess I'll get a lite now.
