I love the combo of sci-fi and horror so much, whether it's films like Alien and Event Horizon, books like Ship of Fools, Diamond Dogs or Blindsight or games like SOMA or Dead Space. From's take on that could be something truly amazing.
Oh, this. OTOGI 2 is one of From Software 's best Games.
Yeah you don't know what you are talking about.Yeah the game where I sit at a campfire and refill my healing item and respawns enemies I use while playing from a third person view that heavily involves parrying emphasizing difficulty in combat
exclusive because...?
When creating a poll you're limited to only 7 choices, so I had to go with the most popular From Software games and while Lost Kingdom is a great series, it's not nearly as popular as the ones that were chosen.I wanted to vote for Lost Kingdom 3, but there's no voting option in the poll. (But Armored Core is???)
So I voted Bloodborne 2!
That could be interesting - any ideas of something you'd like to see from that pantheon?

I've never heard of that game, I'll have to look it up! You know on the subject of Hidetaka Miyazaki working with a Nintendo IP, I would love to see his take on the Metroid franchise.Might be in my mind because of the genre of Sekiro, but The Mysterious Murasame Castle would be a good pick for a revival and would add another "mature" game to the Switch.
You bet! And it would be a nice change to go from melee weapon focus to projectile focused weapons. I'd buy it for sure.I've never heard of that game, I'll have to look it up! The combination of sci-fi and horror and From Software's signature difficulty could make possibly the best Metroid game yet!
Because Demon's Souls and Bloodborne were PS3 and PS4 exclusives.
So far, "A New IP" and "Bloodborne 2" are sweeping it. Thinking about it now, Demon Souls was incredible and then Dark Souls released and it was incredible and then Bloodborne released and it was incredible and then Sekiro released and it is incredible - I think a new IP is the way that From Software should go in the future.
Moving forward, they should just create one-and-done games with self-contained narratives that wrap everything up neatly by the end, as to not need a sequel. A new IP every time would ensure that there's always something new and fresh to look forward to from them. Anyone can make a sequel - in fact, the industry is bogged down with them; but imagine having something new and fresh each and every time. We already know that Miyazaki is crazy talented and this would give him the chance to truly spread his creative wings and showcase what he can do by making something new, different and fresh with each and every game that he makes.
That would be amazing!
ok, but what would add to the experience exactly? Are hoping for them to be exclusives just for a childish sentiment ?Because Demon's Souls and Bloodborne were PS3 and PS4 exclusives.
It can happen again you know?
In essence, maybe, however the lore and narrative is new in Dark Souls - but I've heard it argued both ways.
Absolutely.
Bourneborne. It's a Souls-like based around the Bourne series of films.

It isn't that. When FromSoft work with Sony Japan Studio they can deliver some unique masterpieces.ok, but what would add to the experience exactly? Are hoping for them to be exclusives just for a childish sentiment ?
You can have whatever you want and you ask for an exclusive? Yikes
