Playing it on Steam Deck now, went to check the Initial settings:

    1280 x 720 (with blacked out options from 1360*768 to 7680*4320)
WIndowed (With Fullscreen and Borderless options)
    VSync ON
    Textures: High
    Foliage: High
    Post-Processing: High
Anti-Aliasing: FXAA (Options for Temporal or MSAA)
    Anti-Aliasing: High
    Shadows: Highest
    HDR: Unselectable
    Raytracing: Off
FSR: Off (Ultra Quality, Quality, Balanced, Performance)

On the Menu, averaged at 10.0W

With these settings tho, game dropped to 18 fps in the first cutscene and jumped to 20+W.

Gameplay itself was 60fps, at 23W.

Dropping everything to low got it down to about 13.5 - 14W.

Where's the config file located in the game directory?

Annoying that the resolution locks to your native. Really wish more games would let me super sample without any tinkering.
    <User>\AppData\Local\DFC\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

If you want to remove the chromatic aberration and the depth of field add these lines to Engine.ini:

    [SystemSettings] r.SceneColorFringeQuality=0 r.DepthOfFieldQuality=0
And i dont really know if it locks to your desktop or just 1080p, but yeah, you can't change it.
