Huzzah! Got a really nice AR tonight with max stability and after nodding a very high accuracy as well. It's solid as a rock.
Is Castle bugged for everyone? Is it ever an actual settlement you can upgrade and stuff?
Does it on the Xbox One X too.Is it just me or does the game still have that memory leak problem? I have noticed that the game starts to run poorly after a prolonged session. Quitting and relaunching the game helps fix this problem for me on PS4.

I really wish the protagonist wasn't a mute character. Especially since the campaign is on the long side this time around. It's just so awkward seeing him/her just stare off into the distance during cutscenes. Only to nod every once in a while when spoken to.
They do not.
I love the loop of this game, helping my friend level up at the moment, I'm at WT2 currently and enjoying the game a lot. Just found one of the hidden hotels haha, some nice loot there, guess I have to look up where the others are.
Regarding the DZ, I've not spend that much time in the DZ yet, I'm around lvl 12. But holy shit the mobs hit hard, I've died more in the DZ than I died soloing up to lvl 30 haha. I can't say that I like the DZ more than I enjoyed the DZ in TD1. I soloed my way upp to DZ rank 75 in TD1, and I loved that it was dark and scary, the current DZ feels a bit more happy to be honest, not as terrifying. I've been ganked once, but that was my own fault since I didn't keep an eye on the radar.
My biggest disappointment with TD2 is the story, it was such a side note and they didn't expand on the story from the first game, Aron Keener only left a few messages, no explanation or expansion on the hunter lore, nothing. I learned nothing new and they didn't really do anything with the story of the first game, and the environmental storytelling in the first is so much better.
I'm convinced Massive is just cockteasing us with Aaron Keener. Hell, some of the audio logs he put is basically cockteasing us
As for the Hunter, I think they're keeping the Hunter lore mysterious as not to disappoint people who will not be happy if the Hunter lore doesn't live up to their expectations
Which mission did it drop from for you? When it was pointed out it can drop dupes for someone in your party and that they can therefore drop it for you to pick up, it made me depressed how much time I wasted had I just teamed up, sigh.
Agreed, challenging is fucking awesome with a good team. Focusing fire, calling out threats, working as a well conditioned unit. It just feels so good.Completing stuff on Challenging is so difficult but I love the challenge it presents. You can have things completely under control and literally in the blink of an eye one enemy pushing forward can push you and your team out of cover for just enough time and the enemy is unforgiving in putting you down. Great feeling to complete any of the missions on Challenging.
Level 4 alert control points are definitely not easy.Regarding the argument a couple days ago about the dz vs lz and what loot it drops. Once WT5 and the raid comes out, you should only be able to get the best loot from doing challenging missions/dailies/raids/bounties/WT5 dz. You shouldn't be able to get the best loot from standard chests or fairly easy things like control points. Gear sets and exotics should only be tied to those things with the raids, occupied dark zone, and maybe something like daily challenging missions giving you the biggest chance for good loot. As it stands right now, it's not truly the end game so I don't have a problem with getting good loot in random crates, but this shouldn't be the case once the raid, WT5, and gear sets are out. If people don't want to go to the dark zone, they can do the challenging lz stuff for loot.

They'll drop at WT5
Most surprising to me is that "challenging" works very well with random players (without communication). Everybody things about covering a different area, everybody uses skills, focuses fire if necessary etc. Still things can go crazy wrong, but people do not rage or quiet. It's a good experience (so far).

Interesting. I haven't experienced it yet on the X and I've played 6 hours straight in some sessions.
This really bothered me in RDR Online. You'd go from someone pointing a gun at you and threatening to kill you to them offering you work without a word from your character.
Division 2 it's still kind of annoying, but not as bad.
But what's a final build? I guess what I'm getting at is if people have maxed out WT4 and are bored, won't they also be bored a few hours after WT5?

Well, in theory people will be more invested in fine-tuning their gear/build when it's not going to be invalidated any day now. That's one of the disadvantages of the vertical progression that many of these games employ. New WT makes the old one obsolete and people don't want to spend time on something that will soon be obsolete. It's just a weird limbo right now so they should at least give people a timeframe.
This was explained via cutscenes and game chatter :pThink i have encountered a story/game breaking bug that would require a total restart. Whenever I go to the castle there is nobody there and nothing to do. Its asking me to speak to a character, yet there is literately no one around and nothing to do in this massive space.

Sharpshooter but tbh I had maybe 10 points total in the skill tree by the time I finished WT1.
You have to wait for a second for the reticle to tighten before the shot will be accurate.Idk what the deal is with that TAC 50 but I swear to god I consistently miss shots that are dead center.
With a quick google! :p
I really hope soI think that will change when WT5 comes around, and more players will venture into the DZ. Also, I assume the DZ will offer unique loot (exotics, cosmetics, etc) that will provide an incentive to players.
They might be, I just wanted the story to "progress" a bit more to be honest. I don't want to swerve into spoiler territory haha. I think I need to find all the audio logs and echos to get more of the story. I just wish they showed up on the map, I'm to lazy to explore everywhere haha.
The castle is empty, but the should be a hatch you can open that leads down to a cellar of sorts where you can find the person you need to talk to.
Don't dismantle everything if you have any interest in putting together a refined build at Wt4-5.I'm level 24 and have been diligently dismantling all the items I've picked up and maxed out my material inventory space. Now I'm basically dismantling items and not getting anything for them because my space is full. Nothing really seems that good to craft since I'm getting stuff naturally while leveling. Any recommendations on how to spend these materials? Should I just start selling the extra armor and guns to a vendor for cash money?
They're only active while the specialization is. Like, you don't get buffs from gear you're not wearing.just a quick question regarding the specialisations, do the buffs stack?
For example if I choose demo and then chose to spec survivalist do the demo buffs ( explosive damage etc ) remain in place or do they all change when i change the specialisation?
Youtube has videos for all the locations of audio logs/echos and founding fathers/artwork/relics artifacts.
I used 360gametv's channel as my guide
Excellent. Thank you.You have to wait for a second for the reticle to tighten before the shot will be accurate.
Hmm that's good to know, I didn't realize that - thank you for the heads upDon't dismantle everything if you have any interest in putting together a refined build at Wt4-5.
You will need certain attributes and talents to make certain builds work, and you can use the re calibration bench to use attributes and talents from lower level gear on your higher level pieces.
You can't reclibate crafted items. Exotics aside, you'll get the most use crafting to plug any holes in your Gear Score or for attempting to craft a weapon you like with a good set of talents (ie: gambling).
If I recalibrate a high GS weapon using a low GS weapon (ie the low GS weapon gets destroyed), will my high GS weapon retain its GS or will it go down?Don't dismantle everything if you have any interest in putting together a refined build at Wt4-5.

Usually it won't move at all, sometimes it does.If I recalibrate a high GS weapon using a low GS weapon (ie the low GS weapon gets destroyed), will my high GS weapon retain its GS or will it go down?
