A 4-0 isn't always the same. Glads played King's Row and Horizon close. Comparing the Spark/Reign 4-0 to a Shock/Glads 4-0 is wildly different. Glads look competent but with just a poor Doomfist in Decay. Reign just looked spent.
The sad part about Decay is that the Gladiators kept trying to force him these last two stages when they've got a silly hero specialist for Stage 4, and Void is a perfectly good Sigma. It looks like they're high on the sunk cost fallacy or severely overestimate Decay's ability to flex...which is the last thing anyone who saw Decay pre-OWL would have claimed. Like damn, if you were going to go full silly you may as well have given Ripa more of a bone to meme on bad teams.
That was a disappointing end. I didn't expect the Gladiators to beat the Shock, but it could have been a lot closer match if they'd just kept Decay on the bench.
Well, that's that. Good season, finally getting a W on playoffs.

I really wished they let hydration do his thing :/ their unwillingness to play hydration in the hero he helped rising is unsettling :/

Go NYXL or Shock rest of the way. Titans and Spark would be ok but I'd prefer the stories of NYXL's playoff redemption/Shock's season long run of being in the finals after being patient during season 1 and biding their time, plus loser's bracket C9 redemption.
Plus some of my favorite players are on those teams, SBB/JJonak/Pine (rip) and Super (rip)/Rascal/Sinatraa/Architect/Moth.

I think whoever loses this is getting eliminated by the Shock, and whoever wins is gonna get a much needed boost by having 2 weeks to prepare for them.
