Strictly Limited Games actually did that, much worse than Super Rare Games. They name-called LRG on their very first PR piece.
Then I stand corrected on that, I'm not familiar with it, but it doesn't change my feeling on Super Rare.

Do you have a link to the Strictly Limited Games PR piece? I don't really remember that incident and am quite surprised since I've always considered them to be one of the most professional publishers out there.
It was at Gamasutra at one point, even the LRG account mentioned that on Twitter. It was something like "move over Limited Run Games, now there's a new publisher that can not only talk the talk, but also walk the walk".
If you are in the US you can pick it up at your local post officeHey guys, I'd be willing to bet some people in this thread have purchased from Play Asia. I never have. I noticed that they mandate that someone signs for a package shipped by them. What happens if no one is home? Not any way to opt out of the signing bit is there? Just seems like an inconvenience, I've never bought anything from them and was wondering how it went.
I am in the us. Can I request to have the package sent to the post office from Play Asia's website? If you are in the US you can pick it up at your local post office
It is though USPSI am in the us. Can I request to have the package sent to the post office from Play Asia's website?
It'll just go to the post office the day after they try to deliver to your home. They'll even leave a note with info.I am in the us. Can I request to have the package sent to the post office from Play Asia's website?
I just found it's interesting and want to feed the information back to srg to ensure in the future you get a experience you find positive
By the way, Strictly Limited Games sure like to take its time shipping the games, I just got a shipping confirmation for Bunny Must Die.
They've been sending out email updates regarding their delays, though.
They gave me a tracking number 6 days ago but it doesn't even work.I'm not complaining about the delays, I'm complaining that they got the games late last month and only now they've shipped my copy.

I didn't even know they offered tracking codes, I'm used to these european stores never offering them.
I wonder if Strictly Limited Games will ever really sell Sayonara Umihara Kawase.

The release is on the 22ndBut didn't their email at the beginning of the month talk about a RELEASE on 6/21? I'm confused.
I'm strangely disappointed by this news. I know the game was going to be terrible but I was really looking forward to finishing the Funbox Trash Trilogy. Is it probably the first known casualty of the cartridge manufacturing deadline?Chicken Range seems to have been canceled physically for Vita.
No longer on Amazon via search, and the publisher site now reads "digital only".
Don't take this one too hard guys.

Persona 3 & 5 Dancing also cited the end of production as why they weren't getting physical (not sure how true it is given it would've been a retail release in 2019).

Hmm, I'm sure early 2019 games could've gotten physical prints if publishers wanted to.
I never buy digital but I may make an exception for Aggelos. Holy shit this looks nice. Yes "inspired" by Wonder Boy but I'm seeing a lot of Falcom in this, namely Popful Mail. The "publisher" (digital-only so far) is PQube so could there be a chance for a disc release? I sure hope so.
This looks really good. I might bite. I'd even double dip if the Switch version gets a physical version.
Nah, I emailed Funbox (they're always very responsive) and they simply stated the demand wasn't there so they cancelled it. They said sorry to Vita fans.
I too strangely really wanted this one as well haha.
Yeah, though since you can still purchase that on Amazon and directly via their site. They're right.it's funny a comment like this coming from a company that printed only 2010 copies of the last game they did uhhh was it the vegas one?

The Vita version is probably even worse. It replaces Wiimote pointing and selecting with the Vita gyro controls and it feels WEIRD.I would have bought it had I not seen reviews of the Wii version prior to release.

Didn't Top Trumps Turbo have the same problem of multiple delays too?iirc it was supposed to be out 9 months before it actually came out, had maybe 4-5 delays
