I felt like I was pretty informed about Burgers (and steak), but Ramen I have no clue and need advice from the masters.
I'm a Ramen expert considering how many I've been to and how often I go. That article got me hyped.
Toronto Police say it should take 1-2 weeks depending on how busy they are. Not in Toronto myself, but Peterborough police claim similar timeframes and all the checks I've had performed were completed in about a week.
