uh.... gonna have to say you're alone on this my friend. Ever been to a college town?I don't know why they're calling it"lounge wear", no one wears bike shorts to just lay about.
At least she was visibly shown, introduced, and has a speaking role. Carmine in Gears 4 was mentioned and then quickly killed off-screen.Been playing through Gears 5 and I immediately fell in love with Lizzie Carmine, niece of Clayton Carmine. She's just cool and badass without the game having to qualify it.
So it's really unfortunate that
She dies in the first act just so JD can develop as a character.
I agree with Aexact, bike shorts are only comfortable when sitting on a bike.
Oh, I was talking about the ones with that. lol
The ones in fe are of that kind tho, it seems i use them under skirts and it's the best thing for me xOOh, I was talking about the ones with that. lol
Otherwise they're just... sports shorts? IDK

Guess it's to prevent lewd camera spinning.
What's your stance towards having sexualised images banned as avatars?
I've been wanting this for a while but I never said anything now until that fan service thread because I assume it won't be popular.
Surprisingly I can't find anything about not posting Not Work Safe images in the rules, so I guess they're not breaking any. All the same, it's rude and gross to force others to look at your wank-bait with every post you make. What's your stance towards having sexualised images banned as avatars?

No???I'd disagree, I mean by that logic isn't your user name Problematic.
Well, NSFW avatars are not permitted. Sexualized but safe-for-work avatars are, and if you want one, well, you do you, although don't be surprised if some here decide to side-eye you. :PWhat's your stance towards having sexualised images banned as avatars?

This is an insane stretch. The posters user name is a play on Etrian Odyessy, the game with the dubiously dressed lolis.
I love that game, but you can't say sexualized avatars are bad when your username is in the same vein.
I will say it's a valuable lesson to learn something taken from granted is not as universal as I thought.

Going through Gears 4 right now. Gears 4 had a Gary Carmine, which is out of sync with the naming scheme. HOWEVER, Lizzie is actually back on track because her full name is Elizabeth Carmine. So the order is actuallyIt bugs me that her first name doesn't begin with a D. Did they already have the D-K Carmines in Gears 4?
Edit: I think I misread your comment "I've been wanting this" as wanting a sexualized avatar lol, but you want a ban on them. Well, like I said, we only ban if it's NSFW really. We've had to take down a few such avatars in the past.
How sexualized are we talking? Like... people with cropped hentai avatars or girls in bikinis or what?
After the whole Quiet fiasco, this literally feels like a punch int he face. Kojima, just.. *sigh*
Besides the designs, what's up with female characters in fighting games moaning all the time? Are they ripping the sound from some porn movie?
Can you imagine a voice actress sitting in a recording booth trying to act like she got hit in the face, and then she sounds like that?
Is there a particular reason for this? Sexiness is cool imo. What's your stance towards having sexualised images banned as avatars?

Sexiness, modesty, and patriarchy all meet at a very interesting intersection. It's definitely a multifaceted subject.
Heels just make no sense for fighters or other people of actions. You are already in combat scenarios. Don't need to worry about busting your ankle as well. It look silly as wellI think heels are awesome. They give a character a perched, poised type of pose. They look great on male characters too, and have lots of room for cool/crazy functionality.
A character based on beauty doesn't really interest me though.

I'm okay with heels when there are also swords and/or guns attached to them.
Just an excuse to have heels and sweep the fact that absurdly high heels are still impractical under the rug.Gun heels are a slippery slope towards Zero Suit Samus' jet heels and slippery slopes are dangerous, particulary in heels.
Agreed. They basically function like a bird's talons so they're great.
I've already complained about heels in this thread but I genuinely do not understand what makes them appealing or cool. Shit fucks up your feet.
i don't particularly find the female moans to be any different from the male onesBesides the designs, what's up with female characters in fighting games moaning all the time? Are they ripping the sound from some porn movie?

Making no sense isn't really a criticism though, especially of an anime gameHeels just make no sense for fighters or other people of actions. You are already in combat scenarios. Don't need to worry about busting your ankle as well. It look silly as well
DOA in particular, yeah, but I feel like devs in general should try visiting a martial arts club and listen to the sound there.Which fighting games specifically do this?
the only ones I can tell that do it all the time are really character specific (Juri SF4/5, Valentine Skullgirls Etc) based on their character "trope" and DOA...which...well it's DOA.
Gonna use some ideomancy and say that you can attach guns to anything to make it cooler, but that doesn't make heels less objectifying.I'm okay with heels when there are also swords and/or guns attached to them.
