Manmademan You said Microsoft wouldn't launch the Series S this year. Thoughts on this develoment?

I'm still sticking with $499/$549.
If there's a $100 difference between physical and digital editions, it means that the physical edition only exists to make digital seem like better value; because that's certainly not representative of costs.
Lol we're gonna get fucked like we always do.Good stuff, hopefully they play nice for us in Canada and don't go over $599 CAD. Although I'll put $700CAD to the side just incase
I don't think anyone wanted $599 but with SSDs and COVID and all this craziness, some people might have just been a bit pessimistic (including myself at times). Good to see a $499 ceiling.
If Microsoft reveals price first:
XSX - $499
PS5 - $399
PS5 DE - $349
Lockhart - $299
or
If Sony reveals price first:
XSX - $499
PS5 - $399
PS5 DD - $299
Lockhart - $199

The custom PS5 SSD is the most expensive part next gen of everythingIt's ludicrous to think the PS5 is going to be more expensive than the Series X. The XSX has the larger APU, it's the more expensive system to make.
PS4's were sold at a loss. A small one but still.

I think X Cloud was already talked about as part of it all eventually by MS, no?
Probably the EA Access being integrated with GP in some way as people were guessing.
Oh ok. Makes sense. One less thing for me to sub to 😂No. That's already confirmed for Ultimate.
It's likely a version of EA Play.
If it means someone who really wants one can now get one, that's a good thing. Is there any reason all of us have to watch you try to incite a pointless tit for tat here?
In most cases, they are really bad for the end consumer.
Well that'd be a Switch for sure.
Not what it is. I was actually on his side in thinking that they wouldn't launch this year. I'm genuinely curious for his take on this, it's very much out of almost nowhere. Is there any reason all of us have to watch you try to incite a pointless tit for tat here?
