Grabbed a cheapish pair of Xbox headphones that came with a code for the Dolby Atmos software. Even though its software faked Atmos sound, this is some audio voodoo for a pair of $50 headphones. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MSBFFFK/?tag=era0f0-20
43.7 gigs w/ the X enhancement installed.Nice! I'm gonna try that. What's the size of the game with X enahancements?
So I have an x800d which is an HDR 10 bit panel.
Do I use 24 bits, 30 bits or 36 bits?
I have a 800b and I use standard with the backlight at a low setting. Game mode is ok, but it really dulls the colors down

This happens with Netflix for me, even on the S. Just gotta toggle the HDR mode by going home or restarting the app/game.I don't know if this is a bug with my Xbox or Assassin Creed Origins but when I boot it up, all the colors are washed, including the guide menu if brought up.
I have to go to home and then hit the app to go back into the game to fix

I played some Ryse, which I got via GwG but never tried. It runs great, which I hear it didn't originally. I wonder if the ultra cluttered map on AC Unity would still choke or not.
I also tried out RotTR and enhanced mode is pretty great but 60fps is hard to pass up. Though with both this and Halo they are basically delivering perfect visuals. I don't see any flaws, but just "what they are meant to be" and it's freaking nuts!
I ordered Gears 4 and FFXV for $20 each so those should keep me a long time. If I had a lot of free time on my hands I'd probably get TEW2 as well, but that's just too many new games at once.
1080 user here and I am blown away by AC. The AA is top notch and the draw distance is amazing.
If I were to get a 4k tv and a xbx should I upgrade my HDMI cables? Been looking at this one. Yes I game on a 43in TV.

I believe 4K HDR doesn't do 4:4:4, it'll only do 4:2:0 or 4:2:2. So enabling 4:2:2 will allow a higher setting when using HDR, otherwise it'll use 4:2:0 in HDR.Should I allow YCC 4:2:2? I don't have it selected and everything has looked great what exactly is it for and if it's not selected what formatting is it using 4:4:4?
Debating if I should buy a xbox One X or upgrade my PC video card..... :p Wife said I could choose one for Christmas lol
Most proper HDR on Tv's aren't able to be forced and kick on when HDR is detected. Tho I think there are some Tv's where you do turn it on? Just be careful cause some Tv's have fake HDR settings which are used to try to make SDR content look like HDR content.
Man, the Gears of War 3 enhanced patch is insane. A 360 game looking this good? I hope more games get this treatment.
I noticed that too I tried shoving that shit in there. LolDoes anyone's Xbox one x power cable feel a little loose when plugged in? Every time I touch it I feel like it's just gonna fall out. I've made sure that it's plugged in all the way, but it still bothers me...
I'm glad that it's not just me who has the problem. I've tried shoving it in for what seems like hours now, but it just doesn't seem to want to go in tight.
Alrighty, I managed to get an X and I am updating now.
I also got the LG UHD 4K Monitor. It is model # 27UD69P. Does anyone know how I should configure the settings? Little lost.

Yes it's enhanced and it looks incredible for a 360 game.

I've read some stories on Reddit about people's Xbone Xs breaking after having a loose power cable. Now I'm getting slightly worried, haha.
I've tried plugging it in with a little bit of force, and it seems to be staying in the socket. However, I am able to wiggle it a bit left and right and up and down. Is this fine? Are you sure you have it plugged in firmly? I was fooled into thinking there was a problem with the input till I was brave enough to just give it a firm push and that changed everything. Its sits plugged in as it should. Give it another try maybe?

I believe it has been....due to the marketing deal it probably won't be announced but the game is defiantly a noticeable improvement on the base bone version and it runs a lot better in spots compared to my pro play through....going to have to wait for the head to headsGot mine today after says I wouldn't two questions #1 has COD gotten patched for xb1x already. Because it looks a bit cleaner than the ps4 pro version to me.
#2. Does anyone else's cooling fans have a slight whine to it it's not loud but it's audible and goes up and down I'm going to try and replace it if I can I think.

I use ARC to get around it, Feed the HDMI from my Xbox into my TV, and then my TV sends the sound back to the receiver via HDMI.
