At this point I'll do a 360 into a moonwalk and say that sure, herd-thinning is ok. Sure is a cheap argument to make though and I want to see more from those tomorrow that end up just preaching the Gospel of Anti-Hiding. Just for info, my earlier stance against using post counts as a reason for a lynch candidate was serious, that was absolutely not the right point (Trigger musing about his desire to vote for low posters) to be pulling that out. Defeatism breeds itself. Really, ideally we are still few hours from that specific point but I'll not be here then so #RadioKyaaa is airing this now.

lolz Scum Comrade barely makes the scum list, but it's a pretty distant third.
I mean, it was kind of a joke vote about looking mean at him. That said, I sort of have a blind scum spot for Lone Prodigy. He almost always read scum to me, probably by no real fault of his own. He didn't make my scum list because I'm not accounting for D1 inactivity in my scum list. Come D2 though, it will start figuring in way more heavily.
I will be afk for a bit to take care of farm stuff and then probably eat dinner, but I should be around for phase end.
Glad I'm not the only one getting a scum vibe from Poltergust. He made many posts but said very little imo.

Trigger is a bit toned down TWE. The tone down makes the possible act easier and thus Trigger is rather more suspicious. Who else was I thinking about? The newbs! I am biased against any new player who pulls the newb card just enough, I did that when I was scum in my 1st game. Chugger wins the suspicion award, grats. Fireblend feels too clean, ah that fine touch of scum tidiness sure does wonders to one's posts!

The perceived cleanliness bothers me more than Spark's spike in effort. The small exchange we had could've been Fire blending in (though if Fire dies this pun is lost, a shame), in the response to me it felt he gave ground rather willingly. And the "let's lynch LP / Comrade" is lazy, though understandable.

Haha, I knew me being terrible at Day 1 would throw suspicion on me. I can't really come up with any good defense for myself other than saying "I'm bad early-game please don't lynch me".
Even now I don't know who's the most appropriate to vote for. I may just have to go with the easy "no post count" lynch here and vote for Lone_Prodigy. Zippedpinhead is also a potential candidate, but at least he has come in here and owned up to his inactiveness.

I don't know if to believe that can you can lie about that anytime, I know when I want to hide in shadows when scum I lie. I mean now I'm being too much of an ass and doubt they're doing that, but there is the chance of that, and we should acknowledge it at least.
I'm a bit confused by this. If a situation or group of people is causing suspicion then I think it is okay to go after them. But it makes the best sense to go after the one causing the most suspicion or at least is the tipping point and that seems to be Kyan for Chugger?
I think they're in it together, and I think Kyan is more worried about more people voting for Comrade instead of one vote towards him. But I guess there's still part of the day left.

You're right. I just wanted to hear from them rather than assume that's why they went for Sparks. Although of course they happened to switch after your post.
I'd rather think scum wouldn't lie about activity since it's unfair, so I give them that benefit of doubt.

That's not something we need to acknowledge. He's not lying about his circumstances. That's the one thing you shouldn't do as that breaches the trust that players should be able to have in each other.
I assumed you went for Comrade because he would've been an easier lynch, but are you going to start making a case for Kyan now?
I called Chuggernaut reactionary earlier in the game and that still seems to stand now, switching their vote right after I question it. I have no intention of voting for them today as their behaviour reads more like town trying to not arouse suspicion but it's worth bearing in mind in the future.
Fireblend has felt low-key today and has sort of blended in. I also don't like their confidence that their lynch isn't happening today.

Stu is probably the one on the vote that I feel the worst about. Some of his posts have stuck out during the day and the vote just seems opportunistic. I know I have my vote on Fire but if he's town, then scum are naturally going to push it.
I feel like I've been baited lmao. My intention on voting for comrade was because I thought that would gain more traction then voting for Kyan because he didn't have votes at the time, but I ended up getting weirded out when Kalor pressed me on it.
This might be a bad play at this point, but I'm just going to switch my vote back to comrade and leave it that way because it seemed like the better play. I'm going to have to remember that Kalor isn't always trying to go after someone when they question them

I was second on the vote train and even mentioned it was to apply pressure because of that whole "I'm not going to get lynched" thing.
Vote isn't opportunistic because I explained myself perfectly well and even asked him why he's so confident with still plenty of time before days end.
To pick me out of the line up of people who put a vote on is quite funny to me.

There is a term I've seen used in the past including used on me for stuff like what you're doing.

Well, the problem with this is that the defense can only be proportional to the accusations, and seeing how this bandwagon is made up of this post:
...I can only do so much. It's a weak, out-of-the-blue wagon that others will find appealing and cling to. As far as I'm aware the best defense I can muster at the moment is how useful me being brash in my response to such a bad vote has been, because nothing else so far comes close to eliciting such a concentrated, eventually-useful response that might shed some light in future phases, so if me being lynched is what it takes for you guys to see that, I'm all for that :)
