Also, it does boot the japanese version if you change your region, but the achivement list is the same :(
From just a brief comparison on my break, I'm pretty sure shadow resolution in the driver view is increased, too.

Witcher 2 pushed an update for me today, but not Fable Anniversary. I sometimes wonder if some games I have installed even have their X patchs properly installed. I do the thing where you press the triggers and the back button, and some games say "Applied: xbox-scorpio" while some don't, so I'm never sure if they're properly patched up.
Shit I just remembered I own Crackdown (and haven't played it yet). Tales of Vesperia I believe is the last major 360 game I own that isn't BC yet. If/when it does hit BC, I'll consider grabbing an X, maybe even just an Xbox One S just so I can run the games on a modern system.

Just start up the game. If there is a patch you didnt downloaded yet it will pop up. :)

Crackdown is a big improvement. Funny how it makes the plain UI stick out like a sore thumb.
