You forgot the time he accused nintendo of pushing sex games on the switch
And the time he accidentally revealed his desktop on a stream showing a "Nintendo violence" folder.

Along with the "Haters" folder.
That on DOES actually have a video chronicling it:

Tommy Tallarico said:
One of the big issues I have, with the Nintendo Switch, is that there's more pornographic material and violent material and killing than any other system out there.

  • The time Tommy said Amico had hundreds of millions of sprites on their dev hardware.
  • The time Tommy said Amico will do 2D work that the PS4, Xbox One or even PS5 can't achieve because of their "2D first" development focus.

The idiot Tommy Tallarico's out-of-date child-like (mis)understanding of 2D graphics processing from the 90s launch of SEGA Saturn and Sony PSX.

The "Nintendo = child porn" line originating with Tommy is now breathlessly parroted by the AtariAge faithful like that unhinged nutbag Swami.

It's such a weird line of attack, because it just leaves the layman scratching their head, with no idea what the hell Tommy is even talking about.

Tommy seems to have taken note of the PS4 vs Switch animu game censorship drama, where Nintendo seems to (surprisingly) have way looser standards than Sony. And then, in true Tommy fashion, he exaggerated the hell out of it.

Wonder if AtariAge forums will suffer any blowback or fallout from aiding Tommy when the fraud comes to light and investor lawsuits start?

I wonder if Swami's seen TT breathlessly praise Nintendo, as recently seen in 2021's (yes, this year) Playing With Power. He's in every single episode, not sparing a single word of praise for the company's brilliance and success. Indeed, I couldn't agree with him more. What a company; my admiration grows every year they manage to exceed everyone's expectations. Suddenly he's out there claiming they're a child porn manufacturer? How does this disingenuous dummy have any fans?

lol @ this exchange on AtariAge

Does anyone know why Tommy's main thread has been locked?
No, there will be no more general threads, if you want to talk about the Amico, start a new thread about a specific topic.

..Al
Please reopen that thread, why close it just because of a few bad apples. I for one would rather follow one thread than keep jumping around all over the place, I'm sure it doesn't make any odds to you.
Why not? What have you got against Amico fans? I don't think I recall you posting anything on there Amico related.

Really does feel like AA is growing increasingly frustrated with the Amico topic; which is odd as you'd think if production had indeed started and TT is producing all these "deep dive" videos than there would actually be stuff to talk about.

It is interesting to note that this comes in conjunction with Intellivision opening a private Facebook community to communicate directly with fans. TT hasnt' posted to AA since Friday so it's possible he picked up his ball and went home and the AA mods know it.

Videos can only do so much for something that has been delayed, especially something that has been delayed multiple times. It was a small audience that probably gotten even smaller. I wager there maybe double digit folks in that group at best.

God knows that the Switch online shop is a smoking shithole of shovelware, but has Tommy ever come out at pointed at exactly which games on the service contain rape, etc?

I think it's maybe actually the opposite of that. There's more to discuss / be hopeful about when it's all hypothetical. Tommy promising the sun and the moon didn't help, either. Now that things are firming up and getting out into the light, the less insistently-delusional people may be realizing that they've been catfished.

Talking about "oh, I bet the game does this!" is more engaging than "oh, the game has ten levels and we basically saw the entirety of it in twenty minutes."

Plus the cult can't fall back to speculation or "Tommy told me" for defence as often when there's more tangible info out there, like when they all weirdly decided Intellivision paid for the tank art and then Tommy threw them under the bus.

There's no indication it's completed FCC certification yet.

Tommy said that they don't actually need FCC certification to produce the consoles, just to sell them.

So, either they're doing something incredibly dumb and building some units that they may end up being unable to sell, or he's just pulling things out of his butt again.

You get the sense that Tommy sees the grift ending and he's looking for the ejection seat?

I am not an expert, but considering we hear about new phones all the time from the FCC, way before they are announced. I am thinking that can't be right. Unless they producing a bunch of stuff not to sell

Yeah. Unless this device doesn't have anything that uses some form of radio technology, no way can they skirt by not getting FCC approval.

The console is hot garbo but the music in Night Stalker is really good. And the aesthetics look pretty nice.

Something is going on at AtariAge with the 1400+ page thread locked now too.
I don't usually back seat mod, especially across other forums, but this is a pretty easy mod call. When a single topic is generating 75%+ of a subforum's posts, the people running that subforum have fucked up, and they should have recognised that and done something about it long before now.

It's true that you can produce devices and then get FCC certification for selling them later. Nobody does that at any kind of scale though, since if the FCC says no, anything produced up to that point is useless. The fallback at that point is hand-disassembling units and swapping non-compliant components for compliant ones. What seems to have happened here is that someone told Tallarico that they knew that the console wasn't going to be produced soon because if it was then it'd have FCC certification, and Tallarico's response was to suggest that maybe Intellivision would be doing an incredibly stupid thing, didn't think of that, huh, did you, Amico hater?

So you are guessing that Tommy and Co's brilliant legal defence when this gets tangled in courts for fraud is "but look at how incompetent we are?"

Kids aren't the audience, Tommy's only using the family friendly stuff as a way to get investors' money. Tommy knows that the only people who want this are the small audience of 40-50 year olds perpetually stuck firmly in the past, but that doesn't make for a good investor pitch.

Has anyone noticed just how bad literally every single number is when it comes to gauging interest in the Amico? The video views, Twitter likes and retweets, even subreddit subscribers, all about as terrible as they could be.

Oh I see. He's trying the console version of The Producers, isn't he?

If it gets to that point their defence is going to be the "pointing at positive YouTube videos" defence, and saying that they technically did ship some non-zero number of consoles.

Which I suppose might not be too different from "look how incompetent we are", when it gets right down to it.

Especially amusing when you remember how many times he's said people are too sensitive.

Al closed Tommy's "Fun Amico Conversations" thread along with a couple of other general type threads saying they need to be more specific. Also there has been a little more criticism on there since the Battle Tanks fiasco.

I guess Tommy is sticking to his private Facebook group now.
I wonder if them redoing the deep dive video 4 times in one day woke a few people up?

I bet Tommy will reach his POTENTIAL ADDRESSABLE MARKET OF 3 BILLION AMICO BUYERS from that shitty echo chamber of a Facebook ghetto he's retreated to.
