I wonder if there's going to be two revisions? Hear me out:
A 4GB model and a 6GB model.
Difference would mainly be battery life Vs performance.
- 4GB model would eventually replace the flagship model with a better battery life, no higher clocks, no extra internal storage.
- 6GB model would have slightly higher maximum clock speeds for undocked and docked with CPU and GPU would allow for multitasking between games and apps such as Netflix and games or the voice chat app and your game, and perhaps some resolution bumps and frame rates stability (and maybe even frame rate bumps depending on the game and engine). 6GB model would come with 64GB internal storage. Would be more a "Switch Premium" rather than a "Pro"
