As a fan of battle raps and beefs Drake is taking a huge L right now. Honestly I want Pusha to go full Arsonal just to see how Drake responds. Really interested in seeing how Drake responds since he's caught in a bind right now.

Thats not really accurate of Drake's respones.

Some might not be outright wins but they were far from losses.

Common got washed on Stay Schemin
Jay-Z kinda got hit with Dreams Money Can Buy
5am in Toronto flexed on everyone coming at him sideways.
Lord Knows was hard.

Subliminal disses can be the prelude to a battle, but they aren't battles in of themselves. I'm not impressed by any of that. Jay didn't get kinda hit...and let us not forget Jay even said his name and outright disrespected him shortly thereafter and nothing happened. He's also had some slick subs sent at Kendrick. Meh. Pusha is the first dude to air him out in an actual battle, and it's not looking good for the boy.

Drake is getting washed in 2018 by a 40 year old drug dealer with Braids.

Whoa, calm down, calm, shit ain't how you think it is take a look around...

Universal rules in hip-hop rap battles:

Don't diss women
Don't diss children
Don't diss someone dying of a disease
Don't diss family members

Push crossed those lines clearly so expect backlash long-term over this. Jay had to apologize over this. Push's excuse of ignorance is BS because he dropped the diss 24 hours before national MS awareness day. I know everyone hates Drake and this the hate Drake fiscal quarter so get your jokes in.

You can't win an emcee battle slut shaming a porn star, dissing a child which is what Push did, dissing Drake's father, and wishing death on someone with MS. Like I said, Drake doesn't have to respond to this but if he does... more on that later.
----

What has this done for Pusha's albums sales? It's great his diss record got 9 million+ views on youtube and he got the biggest press run of his career off this diss record.

Only things that come to mind are both New York hip-hop stations dick eating, no offense to the dick eaters, because Drake don't come up to their stations. Ebro even said he sides with Push because Drake won't come to the station to tell his side. Charlemagne and Envy are mad Drake played them and didn't come to the station.

One album every five years, Darkest before dawn is more of a mixtape than an album, doesn't even give Push the right to speak to Drake.

Good on Pusha for sitting on a picture for a decade and putting it out before Drake's album comes out of spite.
-----

It's plenty of skeletons in Push's closet enough for Drake to end him.... That's not for me to say but it's enough for Drake to end him.
Pusha starting this beef hurts future collaborations on the label. Drake and Big Sean collabs are over which hurts the label more than anything.
Between the Houston connections, the Memphis connections, and the Canada connections Pusha has a lot of things to worry about..................
If 40 dies this year, next year, or the year after then does this change anyone's opinion of this jealous attention seeking publicity contest from Pusha?, I mean hip hop battle my bad.
If Drake brings up the fact that Kanye married a porn star has he gone too far?
If Drake mentions Push's fiancés name again what is Pusha gon do when he sees him?
Nothing cause Push ain't bout that life.

I'm sorry for interrupting the Drake hatefest:

Hope Push goes platinum on Mediafire
Hope that one day he doesn't have to pay for videos and go half in on album artwork
Hope that one day Push sells out a stadium as a solo artist by himself

In closing, Diz didn't beat Serius out of disrespect, Cal didn't beat Tay Roc cause of disrespect, Hov didn't beat off Super Ugly but Takeover won

Looking forward to the hype dying down and Pusha going back on hiatus for another five years.

Whole lot of words for a ridiculous spin.
"Doesn't even give Push the right to speak to Drake."

Push doesn't hurt emcees he only goes after women, children, and family members. Sorry to derail your point.

Only thing hurting is Push album sales. My head hurts thinking about how many years of recording sessions Push has to recoup going plastic on Mediafire.
Label like "we own your discography forever".

Yeah after reading up on Malice and how he changed his life I highly doubt he'll come in and record a diss track. If Pusha brings him in after going around talking about how he wanted all the smoke it'd make him look kind of weak in my eyes.

lol how so? I would love to see Drake come back with some fire but I don't think it's gonna happen. Dude lost a lot of credibility as soon as his first "response" was a making a twitter-Note Pad screenshot statement.

He took a HARD L against Push, though.

True, but Drake's music is just much better imo.

*User reads thread title*
*Probably scrolls past the Pusha Adidon youtube video and nods in agreement with all the Drake gifs on the first page*
*Proceeds to post this*
*Leaves thread with absolute glee and focuses on drive-by posting somewhere else*

Or.... I think Drake's music is leagues better? Compare More Life to Ye. No contest. Sorry you feel that way and try to tell me why I acted how I did. Guess you know me better than myself.

Doesn't matter.

Like the one tweet said, you don't get to cross lines and then draw them.
I mean what Drake basically said was youre engaged. Pusha response was your friends is surffering from a debilitating disease and is going to die soon. And your mom got a divorce at 5 so you don't know what it means to have a family. Shit escalated quickly.

Drake mentioning his fiance name and what pusha said about Drake's entire family isn't comparable at all.
Lol there needs to be a "this is hip hop" gif shopped over the old 300 one. When did you all start following rap?

Protip: Feelings have never mattered. There's never been rules. Beef used to mean that you had a very good chance of being dealt with and I don't mean diss songs.

Pusha wants "all of the curses". Drake focusing on Kanye after "Adidon" would be a loss.
Not the same as dedicating a few bars to 40.

I mean if my owner was running around wearing a MAGA hat talking a whole bunch of BS, I too would try to change the narrative and be like nah nah come after me.

Since when was Story of Adidon a reponse to Duppy? He ignored everything and went in a different direction. If I'm Drake, Kanye getting shots too lol, way too easy of a target.

It was trash which is why I find it so hard to believe that one bar is what set pusha off. There has to be more going on behind the scenes.
Not necessarily, Pusha T may have thought that this fool had to be checked for mentioning his fiancée, on a trash bar no less.

I mean if my owner was running around wearing a MAGA hat talking a whole bunch of BS, I too would try to change the narrative and be like nah nah come after me.

Well I don't know where your from, but shit does tend to escalate quickly when you go around putting peoples name in your mouth who don't fuck with you or even like you in the first place, let alone literally name dropping someone's fiancé.

Hit'em Up ticks all these boxes and is considered a classic diss track, so who exactly made these "universal rules"?
