Yeah, this is going to be impossible if you are not wallrunning while shooting and throwing grenades 99% of the time.
The other problem is internet infrastructure is really bad in most of the world and even a lot of the US. Plus consumers have just got accustomed to 4K HDR. They're not gonna downgrade to streaming 1080p video.
Achievements like this are the best type. None of that collect 100 collectables for 20g shit.
Consumers will always take the convenience (if streaming can manage it) over quality. Most people watch TV and movies on their phones now.
4K HDR netflix has the same bitrate as 1080p bluray.
Most people don't notice.
That certainly hasn't always been the case with people who buy consoles.
Plus, Sony at least has a vested interest in driving consumers to buy nice TVs
Major difference between steaming a video and a game and even then the Blu Ray still looks noticeably better.
If the difference is input latency I'm pretty sure they can solve it.
