I REALLY miss the chemistry the group used to have. Even though a large bulk of the cast are still around, years of bad writing, shitty acting and hackneyed speeches have left the characters hollow and their actions boring and meaningless. They could kill Rick, Darryl, Maggie, etc and It wouldn't matter. They've completely dismantled any emotional credit the show used to have.
And they probably would have had Alex dating a black man if it hadn't been cancelled.
Now you've gone and made me sad again :(
I would love to know what the future held for Alex/Dave.
A craze? Like you think these couples only get together for that reason?

It was missing children and some lower middle class family issues being the story of the week.
I feel the interracial couples portrayed on screen are mostly: white person + "insert minority here" and that is most definitely a symptom of Hollywood being overtly white.

There's a Turkish comedy show from 10 years ago that is about a Greek-Turkish couple, their families and the dramas and lulz to be had from such a scenario.
Not "Mixed Race" in the sense you use it in the US and all the actors and actresses are Turks, but I wanted to bring something from my sphere of the World:

I keep seeing this complaint and yet I never see any evidence to back this up, almost like the mere existence of interracial couples rankles your feathers.
Barry and Iris, the current Peter Parker and MJ, Nate and Amaya and probably a few more that I'm blanking on.
Almost forgot about Tommy and Lala's character in Power.
JJ is so bland that I don't even consider that a couple. It's just Luke and a body pillow.
