Twitter notifications don't seem to work anymore. Anyone else with this problem?
Now that you mention it, I haven't gotten a single Wario64 tweet today. So yea, mine must be broken
I still get mine. Including from Wario64. (on iPhone X)

Using the home indicator on the FaceID iPad will be great, but... yeah, some of this feels a little bit like sabotaging the UX of older devices. These iPad gestures are really throwing me off. I used the four finger swipe and pinch so much that changing the way it behaves is hard to get used to. I dunno, gestures work best for me when they're a very singular thing, using the same gesture for different things doesn't feel good.
Ok I feel dumb. Where's the Workflow app?You can add a command to workflows in the Workflow app. Only new ones or edits after installing iOS 12 will show up tho. It's not the absolutely real deal yet but pretty nice regardless
Under Settings > Sounds? I disabled Vibrate on Ring and on Vibrate on Silent and neither seemed to help, also tried toggling the silent switch but that didn't change anything.
Seems to be working as advertised for me.Go to notifications, go to the app in question and turn off notification grouping. It's probably automatic right now.
That's what I'm wondering. The News app groups all notifications on a per-source basis. So all articles from each source are together. So I was wondering if it did the same thing for Messages because if it makes sense to do that anywhere, it's in Messages. And if it's available to third parties it should be used by FB Messenger when the time comes. But I have no way to test it out since I'm not a YouTuber with a hundred friends to send me messages. Is the notification grouping supposed to be by app or by the sender? For example I noticed that texts from different people are not grouping up. I thought it would put all messages into one
What bug? The only one I notice is that that the Music widget is black on my lock screen while the notifications are white, but that might not even be a bug and I like it kind of.Rolling back to 11.4. Can't stand the "now playing" widget bug on the lock screen.

Lol. Oops, now I really feel dumb haha. Thanks!
This is happening to me too. iPad.Ios 12 keyboard blocks the message box on era for me. Anyone else have this issue? It automatically puts the box under the keyboard

For devs, yes. They don't do public betas because you can't roll back without mailing it to Apple

Is there a way to start podcasts with it? I'm not seeing it in the Workflow app.Damn the Siri custom commands is the greatest thing ever. I spent the last hour adding shortcuts lol.

Yeah, that's what I'm using but I don't see an option for it anywhere. Maybe in the next release or something. They may not have all the hooks in the Workflow app for their stock apps yet.If you use Apple Podcasts, that should already work. If you use a different app, you'll have to wait for the fall

Right, but I wanted to add it to a workflow, so like "Hey Siri, I'm heading home" and it tells me the weather and such, including starting up the latest podcast I listen to. I remember seeing them demo it on stage. Maybe I'm just not doing the stuff right in Workflow. LolNo, like that should work natively. "Hey Siri, play the latest episode of Lovett or Leave It"

Ah! That explains it. Haha. Thanks!Oh, right. Yeah that's not enabled yet. Sorry! The Workflow app is getting replaced with the Shortcuts app in a later beta
Is the message bug still there when you add a photo to message from the shortcut and hit send the image disappears. Been like that for a year now
Ok thanks. It drives me mad.I have not had it in the beta thus far, but I'll be the first to admit that I didn't seem to get it as much as some others, though it did happen
Are messages supposed to be grouped together, even if sent from a different person? It's not really grouping them like that. Also, sometimes when I press on a notification it won't do anything unless I force touch it
It takes a little to populate. If you've used your phone for more than a few minutes and it is still empty... I guess that's a bug :pIs there any trick to getting ScreenTime to register? I've toggled it off and back on but it's just blank and says "As you use your iPhone, screen time will be reported here"

Alright figured it out. If you increase contrast iMessage bubbles become much darker.
Notifications-> click app -> make it "group by app"
Nope, iPad only afaik. For now anyway. Which makes the whole thing so strangeUpdated my iPad and I enjoy the new gestures. I have an iPad Mini 4 and don't really notice any performance differences. It does seem less buggy than iOS 11 so far so that's good.
I'm tempted to update my 8 to get the gestures there but I don't want those pesky annoying bugs. Altought iOS 11 isn't that much of a smooth sailing...
Edit: you do get the gestures on the non X iPhones right?

No hate it as well and it's sad that they didn't improve on it. I want my big album cover with big buttons back.Am I the only person who absolutely hates how music on the lock screen is treated like a notification? Maybe it's worse for me since I have a small screen with the SE, but I was hoping this new version would change this somehow, but they seem situated with anything playing being this big bubble that just hogs space for little reason.
They probably just didn't consider it worth the effort when they are phasing those phones out this year anyway. Comparably people use iPads for much longer.Bah, well less tempted now. They should have it on the iPhones too.
