Yes and yes.The Dread Wolf is Solas from Inquisition I believe.
That spoken line was straight out of the last DLC.
Having recently been rebooted, Dragon Age 4 is still very early in development, but the trailer shown tonight at the Game Awards at least gives us a look at...well, not much. Just a short voice-over and a hashtag referencing Solas.
I agree. Solas has the makings of one of the best villains to touch an RPG in years if they do it right.Despite this being a simple tease for a game that is inevitably four or so years away from being released, knowing that it will be continuing Solas' story is all the excitement I need. I can't wait.
Is that an Archdemon i'm seeing? A NEW BLIGHT IS COMING? Fuck yes.
If he made any allies I'll slaughter them too.
The one Varric had?
Hey man, at least it's not dead! That's a lot more than what I could ask for at this point! Please be excited for a logo of a game that's probably not out for another 3.5 years at least.
Because that's all they've made on the game so far.
With all the talk of the reboots with this project, I was worried, they would just not focus on him.I mean they set him up pretty heavily in the game and DLC I'd hope they continue with that storyline.

You guys don't get to make fun of FFVII Remake after this.
unless even this game somehow comes out first....
Dread Wolf has always been a pretty ominous and seemingly important party of Dragon Age mythos, even before Solas himself came along. Just gutted that yet again, the untapped potential to look closer at the Deep Roads and Dwarven lore have little to no prevalence if we're following Elven legends.

This is EA after all.
