It's so great when you actually know great games coming the following year. Unlike the average September direct of last year they gave us a Xenoblade remake for 2020, we already know brand new big games for 2021.

This is a revision, though, not a new console. They don't need to announce it six months in advance. The DSi and New 3DS were all announced much closer to their releases.

On the opposite end though; Nintendo releasing Octopath Traveler, Captain Toad, Joycon extended batteries and a Switch charging stand on the same day in 2018 didn't amount to anything.
You're sure ? Capcom published the Monster Hunter games in Europe for the 3DS. Forgot about the Wii games, back then I didn't notice. But the 3DS games have the Capcom logo on the side of the box in Europe !

Yep, Amazon UK and it's on its way. I ordered that USB to N64 controller adapter too, and that's arrived today (pleasant surprise as it had to come from US!)

Probably a lot actually. At the time of the PC release the game had shipped 8 million units. The PC version was a massive success, and we have some insight from Steam Spy estimates. I would absolutely believe that the PC version alone accounts for more than 5 million units

I don't have the numbers but World sold really well on PC.
Also it took launching on PS4/PC in the first place to finally break out in the west. Feels like Monster Hunter just appeals more to western fans on PS4/PC

just a guess, but i think most of world's sales come from PC
at least in the sales charts, world has long disappeared from ps charts but is always in steam top sellers.
