No doubt real. We've seen the booklet and two of the pages at an angle. To recreate that perfectly or touch it up so flawlessly would be pretty staggering amount of work to then put forward two other very basic ass and mundane pieces of additional artwork.

Looks real. Has all the super early-game basic artwork I'd expect of a small pack-in art book.
People really seem to struggle with the idea that BotW Link's hair has always been this long.
You don't need AI to make those images. Many, many artists are capable of drawing them.
It was in a ponytail in the first game. If you wore the Ancient Helmet you could see what it looked like let down.
Always long, but every outfit save for the Ancient Armor set seen below has Link's hair tied up in one way or another making it appear shorter. But let loose it was always this long mullet.
