I'm leaning fake for now because I doubt they would give anything to Malamar as it's not a gen 1 Pokémon. lol

I feel like it's kinda a missed opportunity that the design ethos for starter pokemon is usually to go from cute 1st evo to cool final evo. I know it's a series stable at this point, but a break from tradition might be really interesting. Pokemon other then the starters get all sorts of wacky reasons for evolving. And sometimes I feel like they could really use the variety.
Lots of people have been giving Grookey evol wristbands and I've seen many versions of Sobble turn out dark or asshole looking.
I don't think it's likely to be faked, but until sleeping bro wakes up or we get more pics I'm just gonna shrug and wait.

That appears to show Hop's team. It says "if you chose Scorbunny."
That isn't the level they evolve at. This is most likely showing the rival's party for one of their battles; you can tell by the "If you chose Scorbunny" text.
Only hope is gen 5 style with one being not mono and intelleon isn't.
This might be the first gen I don't stick with my starter...
I missed this while looking at it and mistook the Poison symbol for Ghost for a hot minute and ended up all confused
You can see Intelleon's listed weaknesses. It's only Grass and Electric.
