So, advice of counsel defenses apparently are for stuff where you ask a lawyer if something is illegal and they tell you it isn't, so your liability is null. If you tell your lawyer to break the law, I don't think they apply.

He did misspell "basis" as "bases" first on the third tweet, then reposted it with the correct spelling (that's "basis").
I'm imagining someone in the white house spelling out to Trump what he needs to tweet. Sometimes mistakes happen!
Wow, that really is the whiniest load of crap I've ever heard. I knew it would be pathetic but that is so weak. Cohen plead guilty to something not illegal to frame Trump, and the judge and prosecutors and defense went along with it... sweet jaysus. The man is a delusional fool.

Why do they keep calling it a civil infraction? Cohen is going to prison. Does they dissonance not impact their thinking or they just don't care and want to feed the base anything they'll eat up?
This is why no decent lawyer wants to defend him. Its like trying to walk backwards, blindfolded, uphill, wearing roller skates while the laces are tied together. Does he not get that everything he says publicly is a matter of public record and must be preserved?? Even doubly stupid is anyone down to school age children can preserve it because you're posting it on the internet without the need of some specialist.
