Looks like they might be pre-diabetic as well.
This is it!!!SSS Tier:
Looks like bland slop for health nuts, but there's actually a fair amount of sugar in it to add some sweetness to the spices of vanilla, cinammon and nutmeg.
Tastes delicious and is quite snackable even without milk. In milk the texture is great and it retains a healthy crunch.
It's a decent more adult-oriented treat that isn't packed full of fake fruit flavors or low-grade chocolate.
It is missing the GOAT
Edit it: No it's not. But it needs to be moved to the top. Haven't seen it in Canada since early 2000's
i don't know if any cereal is actually that healthy for you. tons of carbs and nothing else. part of a balanced breakfast because by itself it's certainly not.My Top 5 by Taste:
1. Reese's Puffs
2. Lucky Charms
3. Rice Krispies Treats
4. Waffle Crisps
5. Cinammon Toast Crunch
My Top 5 by Tying-to-be-healhy:
1. Honey Bunches of Oats
2. Crispix
3. Honey Nut Cheerios
4. Raisin Bran Crunch
5. OG Cheerios
Personally I agree almost 100%, but it's missing French Toast Crunch and Waffle Crisps. I'd maybe drop the Captain down a couple tiers but as long as my all-time fave Fruity Pebbles is at the top, I'm good.
My man. The only place I can find them anymore is at Target, but I don't think that's an option in Canada :( They also have Cap'n Crunch Oops All Berries, which didn't make this list for some weird reason. Target has some really weird cereal choices, but it's nice.

This. It had a ton of fiber in it as well, which was great for me as a kid. Only semi-bad thing was it got a little too mushy in milk too quickly, but even then I loved it.SSS Tier:

Raisin Bran and Cinnamon Toast Crunch need to bumped to S. Corn Flakes to D.
Grape nuts are legit - gotta find that appropriate balance of milk though, it's crucial. Maybe slice up a banana and sprinkle some sugar on top.
