Yeah, your post just made me go to the Playmobil Movie wikipedia page just to check who had produced and was distributing it and that's where I saw that it was a french production. Hence my great shame.STX is American, EuropaCorp is French. I just grouped them together because neither are long for this world.
radcliffe played a farting corpse.Seems optimistic.
I wonder how Radcliffe got tricked into doing this.
Maybe his agent is the same guy that got Patrick Stewart to do the Emoji Movie?
Lol, holy shit. I didn't even know that this is basically a french film.
Well, I feel like I need to apologize now.
lol. It's still French. Just Pathé rather than Europacorp.STX is American, EuropaCorp is French. I just grouped them together because neither are long for this world.

Aladdin has Will Smith charming the shit out of you throughout the movie.
The Lion King has
He hid the drinking problem pretty well for a bit.Radcliffe is just doing whatever role he likes now, I don't think he's hurting for money (unless he has a coke and hooker habit he's good at hiding)...
We've been over this already, it's the battle of Will Smith VS Beyonce.Aladdin has Will Smith charming the shit out of you throughout the movie.
The Lion King has
This is a pretty good analogy. The Lion King remake might as well be a $270 million tribute album at this point
I'm in the minority but i do love the style the remake has taken. Can't wait to see it.

He should make a movie about himself being a wash out Harry Potter actor with cameo of the people involve in HP franchise while poking fun at JK Rowling TERF stand, directed by Martin McDonagh (In Bruges, Billboard in Ebbing).Radcliffe is just doing whatever role he likes now, I don't think he's hurting for money (unless he has a coke and hooker habit he's good at hiding)...
Birdman but with Radcliffe and Harry Potter? He should make a movie about himself being a wash out Harry Potter actor with cameo of the people involve in HP franchise while poking fun at JK Rowling TERF stabd, directed by Martin McDonagh (In Bruges, Billboard in Ebbing).
No. STX is going to be dead before 2020 ends. They are delaying films left and right, mishandling marketing for other movies, losing partners, and looking for more funding. STX is fucked.Speaking of STX.
Did we discuss how they delayed My Spy after Stuber opening weekend came in?
Don't worry, he'll change his tune about being in Fast and Furious after the Rock in Hobbs & Shaw and Cena in F&F9
12 at mostHow many hours will it take before Hobbs and Shaw outgrosses Stuber?
Am not in US yet smhIt's time to move on.
Today, the King returns to the USA. Long live the King.
How long is the film? How many hours will it take before Hobbs and Shaw outgrosses Stuber?
I think the photorealism angle has a chance of pulling in people. At least it seems like that's the angle they were attempting to go for. If they miss the mark and all this "realism" was for nothing and this movie underperforms I'mma be pissed they wasted it on my second favorite movie of all time.Aladdin has Will Smith charming the shit out of you throughout the movie.

But there's no world in which a movie like this gets under 1B.
Yep, that's the key. Either way I don't see an outcome where this earns less than a billion WW, but whether or not the gimmick proves successful or not will play a part in how much it moves beyond that mark. The photoreal gimmick can go either way to be honest. It might be the next great fad. Or not.
Ugh. Everything about this movie just says to me that the people in charge kept making the worst decisions possible.Speaking of realism in TLK, man, reading through the Art and Making of TLK (remake) artbook that just came out Tuesday is kinda depressing. In the description of each character the designers describe how some of the animals were more expressive or "human like" in early screenings but a lot of that got toned down as that doesn't reflect how the animals react in real life.
And they say that like it's a good thing. It hurt reading that apparently Timon in the rough drafters for the remake used his arms and hands like a human would but they were told to tone it down. Sucks that this movie had to limit itself all for the sake of the gimmick.

The goal should have never been photorealism. But I'll wait for the movie to make any judgement on the quality of the film itself.Speaking of realism in TLK, man, reading through the Art and Making of TLK (remake) artbook that just came out Tuesday is kinda depressing. Heh, you can see this if you compare the teaser to the final movie.Speaking of realism in TLK, man, reading through the Art and Making of TLK (remake) artbook that just came out Tuesday is kinda depressing. Then it will take 2 hrs and 14 mins from the moment of its first showing to outgross Stuber.
To be fair, literally the exact same thing happened with Aladdin, then when it came out, the majority of folks posting in the OT liked it.I had everyone jump down my throat last week for calling these Disney remakes soulless cash grabs now that's what the majority of people across the forum are calling lion king ha.
"Fairs are for tourists, kid."
