An update for you folks interested in Xbox All Access in regards to how it works:
I was able to sign up for the Xbox All Access credit line via Citizens One while I was at GameStop.com yesterday. However, I was booted out of the check out process because the consoles were sold out. The credit line stuck regardless. There is good news with this.
1. The credit line remains open for 150 days so you don't have to re-apply for the credit regardless of the retailer you originally signed up with.
2. You can get more than one Xbox console on the same All Access account if you want to.
3. No payment has to be paid until after the console is officially yours.
4. You can get the console itself at any of the supporting retailers. You don't have to stick with the original one you applied for.
So pretty much if I don't get an Xbox after 150 days, as long as no money is withdrawn, the account will close. I'll try to snag two X's for me and fiancee in 150 days. Let's see what happens.
