If you set your input delay higher, you can get smoother matches at higher pings.Yeah, I played a set at 200+ and there was rollback, but it wasn't terrible. Had a match that was 300+ and that felt like a normal SF5 matchwas unplayable, lol.
I'm not sure. It applies to the GoG version which is also DRM free.Does this update apply to the DRM free version from an SNK Humble Bundle a couple of years ago?

I see you
Also rollback when done right is so so good. I just found out the guy I was playing earlier is in the UK. 7,031 kilometres away.
I would never even be able to connect to that guy if it was delay-based netplay.
They are top of the Leaderboard for number of wins.
How's the base game of the PC port?
I've always been interested in trying Garou.

One of the best fighters ever made.
Missed your edit. It's a great port now, fixed a lot of the problems that the original dotemu version had.
Yes!Forgive my ignorance but will this update be applied if I buy the game from steam now? Tweet says it's free for previous owners.

Switch only has the ACA version which is literally an emulator of the arcade version. It has a leaderboard but no online play.

Yes, it is. It also has cross play between the two consoles.
Try the option where you host a match while in training mode. Or just hosting in general if you don't care about training.
Ports that don't have rollback:
- Last Blade 2 (PS4/Vita/Steam)
- King of Fighters '98 UM Final Edition (Steam/GOG)
- King of Fighters 2002 UM (Steam/GOG)
Those aren't Code Mystics ports
