Halo 3 was Halo at the peak of its popularity, and was also a really solid game to boot (though I guess that can be said of pretty much the whole series, in fairness). Great campaign (especially with a friend / several friends), fun traditional multiplayer modes, and endless hours of just silly fun with friends or the community via the custom games and Forge map creator. There were / are a lot of creative modes and maps you can play in 3, and with actual mod support, the PC version should push it all even further.
Thanks for those summaries. Will probably try like ODST (I think that releases at 5€?).It's generally accepted that Halo 3 has the best MP of the series, with tons of features and content; therefore it should have the biggest impact in terms of playerbase.
I disagree with the latter statement though. A lot of people have played a Halo game before, these numbers aren't just due to its reputation as a good shooter leading people to buy without knowing anything else about it. Even a quick glance at user reviews shows a ton of reviews talking about nostalgia and 'Halo being back'. Should be mentioned that Halo: CE was fairly big on PC back then, this isn't the first time it's releasing on PC.
Yup, Ashen and Hades are out next week. Very curious to see how they'll perform.Maybe I've got all my dates mixed up....but isn't December the month that all the Epic Game Store exclusive launch titles should be freed from their shackles?
I feel like we should see Ashen and....Hades(?) and...?.... this month.

Yeah same. Hades hasn't even hit 1.0 yet which it'll definitely get a big boost from as well.
Red Dead Redemption 2 is coming to Steam tomorrow.Maybe I've got all my dates mixed up....but isn't December the month that all the Epic Game Store exclusive launch titles should be freed from their shackles?

Ashen got some pretty lackluster reviews right? I'm not sure if it is going to do OK on the realease on steam.
Has anyone started playing Rayman Legends recently (EGS freebie)? For some reason, my Uplay achievements don't seem to be syncing. I'm also getting some odd placeholder error messages in-game. Just wondering if this was something on my end or a more widespread thing.
I'm not really sure, I launch everything through GOG. I know the Uplay overlay is active and I'm almost certain I was seeing the Uplay achievement popups.do you need EGS to launch the game? im assuming its added to your uplay account and thats the end of that.
I'm just glad to finally be rid of that awful motion blurring. I loved the game back in the day, but trying to return to it has been a pain for my eyes. Glad to finally have it in a form that looks great (and feels better due to the higher framerate).Enjoying Reach too much again after 9 years is an amazing feeling
Early 2020 I heardBtw when is the estimated release of Underlords 1.0? Waiting to jump in.
Agreed, finally being able to play Halo games at 60 FPS is so good. Sadly don't think I'll be able to go back to MCC on my Xbox from now onI'm just glad to finally be rid of that awful motion blurring. Definitely going to try Pedro and give Pathologic 2 a go.
Is this the first paid DLC for Dead Cells? I know they've added a good chunk of stuff for free already.
I will gladly trade it for RE2 or DMC5 for pc..Yeah, should be the latest FS19 up there, but FS17 is no slouch at all.
Fantastic vehicle sim series either way.
I think Ashen and Hades sales on Steam will depend on the price. Im not interested in paying full price for them when this month ive already bough Halo, Disco Elysium and a few others in the sale (and will be getting RDR2). Those games are now competing with everything else. Ive waited a year, i can wait another.
im pretty sure most people (including myself) were saying there was no evidence that it was cancelled or that valve itself stopped its productionSad to see it confirmed that In the Valley of the Gods is confirmed to be on Valve time.
So much for the people who said there was no evidence to support the theory last month, I mean they removed the game from their website, it was pretty obvious.
Going to try Pathologic 2 and My friend pedro. Thanks microsoft :)
