I predict Horizon Zero Dawn 2 will be actually released somewhere between November 2021 and March 2022.

Nah thats the 3rd game, coming near the end of the PS5's lifespan when Guerrilla fully mastered the Decima engine and squeezed out every single pixel the PS5 can make.

How can you even answer this question without knowing GPU the next gen consoles are going to have? Unless you know more than rest of us know you're just spreading misinformation.
The only correct answer is: we don't know.
Even if we had the CUs & clocks of the next gen consoles we still wouldn't be able to answer this question without knowing more about AMD's raytracing solution. If next gen games are all going to use some form of raytracing, even if it's only a small part, then performance in current games is not very useful. A 2070 SUPER is on par with a 1080Ti in fully rasterized games but once you put on the raytracing effects the 1080ti isn't even close anymore.
