Green Urza is a longstanding Magic in-joke. MaRo insists that Urza would be a five color planeswalker, which we see in his Unstable card, but he's as far from green as you can get.

Not!prowess, with the scry making it interesting. Red in general seems to be getting more scry than usual.
Sad we didn't get Tormenting Voice but with Bolas reacting to Sarkhan. But I do like that they're making variations of this effect.
Uncommon Samut is better than her old mythic rare card, haha. The last ability is worded to still work if the minus puts her at 0 loyalty, and for Two Headed Giant too I guess. The sprint seems good too.

None of the cards that make flood counters benefit from having more, unfortunately.

It should- just because you usually "draw" the 6 cards when you CC, they are technically on top of your library
This seems good. Does it work with Collected Company?
Also, i'm surprised that this shuffles into the library instead of going to the bottom- I thought they tried to lessen the amount of shuffles in a game

Oh btw this is new. Sounds good for limited, mediocre for constructed (there's 3 wolves in standard and they all blow)
The two weirds seem fun, but not really something you would run in a 'good' deck.

Unlabeled battalion (even says so in the name) and a white Thrummingbird that works on planeswalker damage.
Both seem good.
Trample, Whenever you cast noncreature spell it crews itself and gains plus 1/1 until eot. Crew 1.
Im sure UR can put this to work, seems pretty good.
