Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection - MRORANGE
The 30th SF Anniversary Collection is a beautiful packing offering 12 classics games that are arcade perfect ports of the original. All the major important classics are here and it's just amazing that you can now finally play them on PC. With 6 hours already I can confirm that the PC version is amazing, the net-play is solid and it only took a couple of seconds to find a game, the online is really addictive and refreshing to play against other s and get get your ass handed to you by Balrog's, Vega's and Blanka players. The game has an extensive art collection and supports nearly any controller and training modes to boot. In summary this is the best collection of Street Fighter homage games you will every play in a very nice package that Capcom has actually put effort in.

Vampyr - texhnolyze
Brought to you by Dontnod Entertainment, In Vampyr, you roleplay as Jonathan Reid, a doctor whose main mission is to cure the citizen of 1918 London. However, he's also a vampire, who starves for the blood of those he's supposed to cure. Each feast will strengthen you, granting you the power to overcome your foes. But by feeding the citizen, you will also cripple the city as each of them has their own important roles. Who will you sacrifice? Can you live with the consequences?

Jurassic World Evolution - Mugen
From the makers of theme park-builder Planet Coaster comes Jurassic World Evolution, in which you will construct and manage dinosaur parks on five tropical islands, with unpredictable climate. Fossils for DNA-extraction must be gathered from all over the world in order to breed viable dinosaurs, but then again nothing stops you from applying further genetic "enhancements". Three factions; Entertainment, Science and Security, will fight for your attention and should you ignore or fail their missions they might start to sabotage your park. Will you be able to succeed where the movie tie-ins have failed?

Paladins - Mobius and Pet Octopus
Paladins is an incredibly well designed shooter, unique among it's competitors. It has a huge cast of champions (~30) to choose from, each having their own sets of individual strengths and weaknesses with multiple layers of personal customization to suit your play style, that contributes to a complex dynamic when played as a team. Play casually in deathmatch or siege modes, or jump into a competitive draft experience similar to a MOBA. If enough people are interested, we should launch a community for Era since this game is very deserving of one as the game is very fun with friends.

Bus Simulator 18 - Aaron D.
Experience the job of a bus driver in a vast and freely drivable urban area. Drive original licensed city buses from the great brands: Mercedes-Benz, Setra, MAN, and IVECO BUS. Transport your passengers safely and punctually, either solo in single player mode, or in multiplayer mode.

New Gundam Breaker - Rayge
The first Gundam game to hit PC! While New Gundam Breaker doesn't have the combat of Gundam Versus, it does have unrivaled customization. Players collect items through combat and can switch out parts during game play on the fly. They can enjoy battles in different dioramas including a hobbyist workshop. Players also get to tackle different model grades with different size scaling. This game will appeal to those looking to have some fun with different mobile suits in a third person action setting and/or those who just want to collect all the Gunplas and enjoy viewing them in a 3D space. The real treat for me will be taking screenshot galore. How will you enjoy the game?

BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle - Rayge
Finally! Persona on PC! Kidding aside, this is a new tag-based fighting game from Arc System Works. While the name refers to an already established fighting game series, we actually get 4 IPs in one. BlazBlue, Persona, UNIEL, and RWBY. Aside from RWBY, all sprite work is being pulled from their previous games. With that said everything does seem to blend together nicely. As for mechanics, players can look forward to new tag mechanics, faster combat, smart combos (auto-combos), and streamlined gameplay with easier to execute specials. While the roster is only starting with 20 Characters the first season will flesh it out to a total of 40. This game should definitely itch the scratch for those that were left disappointed by MVC:I and want something that's a little bit more anime than DBFighterZ.

Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy - MRORANGE
I'm just putting this game here so people will notice it and buy it so we can get Crash Team Racing.

The Karters - prudis
The Karters is an arcade karting game, inspired by Crash Team Racing's gameplay, dynamics, and overall design. Grab one of the killing weapons, compete and challenge your friends in a local or global multiplayer where only one can win. Pick one of the thrilling maps and try to find alternative routes to outsmart your rivals and get the gold! Ready. Set. Go!

Epic Loon - prudis
Dive into the bizarre world of Epic Loon, a quirky physics platformer for up to 4 players playable in couch co-op or battle mode. An offbeat tribute to classic sci-fi movies, players lead a group of aliens to take over Joe's TV after they are rudely awakened from their home, an old-school cleaning VHS-tape.

Antigraviator - prudis
In the year 2210, racing has evolved far beyond its expected limits. New terraforming capabilities paired with scientific breakthroughs in the field of antigravity have given birth to a new spectacle: the Antigraviator intergalactic tournament.

Antigraviator is a sleek new take on the anti-gravity racing genre. Use traps, power-ups and boosts to overtake your opponents and dominate the track in single player or multiplayer mode. With no speed limit holding you back, Antigraviator delivers the fastest racing experience of the future.

PUSS! - prudis
Insane, absurd and intense avoid-'em up game about a cat!
In this game you play as a cat that is trapped in another dimension.
Find the way out or stay there forever!

Haimrik - prudis
Make words come to life in this action adventure unlike any other! Haimrik blends gameplay with the narrative of its story set in medieval times. Combined with crisp humor and rare visual style, Haimrik's journey is sure to entertain. Word's the word!

This unique action adventure game lets you become Haimrik, a young scribe trying to make a living in a medieval town full of warriors, sorcerers, dragons and dragon-riding sorcerer-warriors. But one book changes his whole life. With the help of Masamba, a hungry lioness who will protect him while constantly trying to eat him, he'll venture out to take on the evil king and his elite generals, the Word Warriors.

Crying is Not Enough - prudis
Crying is not Enough is a Third-Person Survival Horror Game. The player has to face enemies, using weapons and other survival mechanisms. He has to solve various puzzles and make progress by slowly unfolding the story.

The game is about the story of a 35 year-old Jacob Helten and more specifically with his experiences after Claire's serious injury to a car accident.A few weeks after the accident Claire's health begins to improve significantly, but before getting discharged, she disappears mysteriously from the hospital.
The same evening, an unknown woman approaches Jacob, claiming that she knows where his wife is, while declaring her willingness to help him.

Deiland - prudis
Deiland is an adventure game that combines RPG and sandbox mechanics. Its simple calm appearance is the result of the effort put into its creation. It seeks to surprise players with small details and an interesting storyline and appealing characters. Deiland planet is our home, and living on this small place will be a unique experience for every player.

But it isn't all peace and tranquility on Deiland. A shadow wonders in the absolute darkness of the universe. The shadow speaks through dreams to evil creatures pressing them in to its service, with the sole objective of finding children and their planets and to rob them of their power of the Crystal and subdue them

Just Shapes and Beats - prudis
"Just Shapes & Beats" is a chaotic co-op musical bullet-hell based on three simple things: avoid Shapes, move to the kick-ass Beats, and die, repeatedly. It's a new spin on the SHMUP genre, adding a layer of cooperation that's at the core of the game: because everything is better with friends. Play alone or with up to four players, local or online, through the game's Story Mode or Challenge Runs.

Super Bomberman R - prudis
Bomberman is back and stronger than ever! The 8 Bomberman heroes journey to space to face the Evil Emperor Buggler! Classic Battle Mode is back! Challenge players around the world in online battles!

Smoke and Sacrifice - prudis
Smoke and Sacrifice is an open-world, narrative-driven RPG, where exploiting living ecosystems is the key to your survival. Craft, fight, survive and explore the huge open world in this beautifully hand-painted, gothic adventure where every character has their tale to tell.

Overload - FunktionJCB
Matt Toschlog and Mike Kulas, the creators of the Descent series, are back with a spiritual successor to the series that helped popularize the 6DoF (6-degree-of-freedom) shooters during the 90's.

Overload is the Descent successor fans of the series kept hoping for. It features the familiar fast and furious gameplay you would expect from the genre, a story by the writer of FREESPACE 2, and a kick-ass soundtrack by Descent series veteran composers Dan Wentz, Allister Brimble, and Jerry Berlongieri.
The game features multiple single-player (story campaign, survival mode) and online multiplayer modes, ship customization, and VR support.

Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon - Mugen
Curse of the Moon is an 8-bit-stylized prequel to the upcoming Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, marking the comeback of former Castlevania-director Koji Igarashi. We take control of Zangetsu whom in classic metroidvania-fashion must explore monster-filled stages in order to vanquish a demon. Three more characters are unlocked during the campaign, opening up for new ways of traversing the stages. A playthrough is only about 3-5 hours and the game should be free to most of those that backed Bloodstained on Kickstarter.

Half-Life 2: Episode 2 - MRORANGE
This an easy one, at the start of the game you will find this gnome in a house, you must escort this object throughout the game and place it in the rocket at the end of the game. It's quite a fun achievement to do as you will need to use the gravity gun to projectile the object forwards especially the driving sequences when the gnome can fly out of the car even with the smallest of bumps.

The SteamERA Community was founded on Discord on October 2017, a stranded bunch of SteamGAF who united together and embraced on what we thought was the end of times. However as more people joined we found hope and soon started to formulate and plan for the future. This thread would not be possible without the community we have on Discord and I encourage all of you to join if you have not.

Overload leaves Early Access today, in case you want to feature it.
It's the Descent sequel fans of the genre were expecting for years, done by the creators of the original games:

Great thread again, MRORANGE!
May really went over fast, huh. Well, let's see how the sale turns out. Can't be much worse than the recent few.

It's a disaster, the title of the thread is "PC Gaming Era| June 2018 - We've not updated our privacy policy." I can't be in a place where the is no space between Era and the pipe character.

edit: The title is fixed, I am calm again :D

bah Banner Saga 3!? I haven't even finished 1!

I don't trust anything when it comes to Frontier (Elite Dangerous) when it comes to DLC and pricing and setup for it.

STEAM is way to overprotective of my account. I got a new phone so I had to reinstall steam app but in order to sign on I had to get a "code" from the steam app (a never ending circle of fail). So I removed the Steam app activator from my account and now I have to wait 15 days to use the marketplace. :(

Quiet month as always for June.

I really do hope Vampyr turns out to be more favorable than not. Reading impressions of it the last time didn't fill me with confidence.

Never played a gundam game but that New Gundam Breaker looks good from what I've seen. There's no steam page for it yet, do we know if it's definitely coming out on Steam or not?

did anyone actually figure out what a computer is

A computer (pronounced "compyupah") is an ancient technology found in the ruins of siloconus vallus.
Historians think these mighty devices were back then used for a process called "computerization" (similar to modern "gaming") as console technology hadn't been invented yet.
These hisorians are of the opinion that these devices were especially popular among a class reffered to as "socially isolated basement dwelling nerds" or "sibdens".
They presume "sibdens" were a specific kind of tech-preacher as evidenced by the fact that they all lived in eternal celibacy.
